Thinking Stop Thinking was inspired by the music of Northeast Brazil. Originally written for my Brazilian rock band Os Tropies (with words by Amy Medvick), I adapted the material for string quartet and electric guitar. Other arrangements include a sextet with clarinet, and a version just for string quartet.
